1. What comes with a wholesale hookah?
Every wholesale hookah comes with a bag, grommets, bowl, cleaning brush, tongs, hose(s), and an info card.
2. Which hookahs are most recommended for a business or lounge that is just getting started?
We recommend our Sahara Collection. Each Sahara hookah is uniquely designed with a sturdy wide bottom vase, vast array of colors and hose options, and superb smoke-ability. The Sahara hookahs are our top sellers!
3. Do you offer products for hookah lounges?
Yes. We carry all the hookahs, accessories, and tobacco products needed to open a successful hookah lounge. We offer special offers for hookahs lounges based on individual orders. If you have any questions regarding opening a lounge, please contact one of our sales reps for advice and tips on ordering.
4. Is there a minimum for ordering?
All first business orders must be over $150. For all other orders, there is no minimum. Order as much or as little as needed to fulfill your business needs.
5. Do you offer free samples?
We do offer samples of our Hookah-Hookah Tobacco. If you would like a sample, please call our sales office to request a free tobacco sample. (Be prepared to give business name, contact name, phone number, and business license). We do not offer free samples of hookahs or other merchandise.
6. Do you offer free shipping?
We do not offer free shipping. Shipping charges are based on weight and size of boxes as determined by Fed Ex and are calculated at time order is processed. A quote can be given upon request. Orders over $6000 are eligible for free shipping.
7. How quickly do orders ship out after they are placed?
Once an order has been placed (by phone, fax, or via the wholesale website) they usually ship out within 1-2 business days. Larger orders require extra processing time and usually ship out within 3-4 business days. If you would like to request for your order to be rushed, please contact our sales office and all efforts will be made to rush your order to you.
8. What payment terms are accepted?
We accept payment terms of credit card (Visa, MC, Amex, Discover), COD-Company Check, COD-Money Order, and Pre-Paid (by sending in check or money order before order ships). Note – all COD shipments will be charged a $9.50 COD fee. Net terms are not offered unless pre-approved through the Accounts Receivable department.
9. Who pays my state tobacco taxes?
Hookah-Hookah Tobacco is licensed to pay state tobacco taxes in many states in the US. However, there are some states that the customer is responsible for paying their own taxes. If you would like to know the amount you will pay in tobacco taxes or who is responsible for paying the taxes please contact a sales representative or our tax specialist for information.
10. Do you offer any extra discounts for businesses that place large orders?
Yes. If your order total is over $400 before shipping charges, state tobacco taxes, or any other fees, you are eligible to receive free product(s). Any business orders qualifying for free products must ask to receive a free product(s). All free products given are based on merchandise ordered and the total monetary value of the order. Free product(s) that is given to customers is chosen by the sales representative and cannot be returned for credit or exchanged for another product.
